Homecoming is from Nov. 14-22 this year and we have a lot to do to prepare for it.
For those who do not wish to be a part of the creative process but are interested in some of the Homecoming activities, please contact me ASAP with contact information and a note as to what activity or activities you are interested in. These can include:
We would also like people who are interested in contributing ideas and creativity to certain things. Artistic people who are interested in designing a banner and/or decorating the office to go with the “Lights, Camera, Action” Homecoming theme as well as people interested in contributing to the design of the Homecoming float would be greatly appreciated. We are also looking for someone who can provide a truck to tow the float on Nov. 22.
For people who are interested, there is also a Charity Run/Walk taking place on Nov. 15 for any who are interested. Any participation in this event will take place only if interest is expressed by members.
More information about all of these events and others can be found in the Homecoming packet in the office. As the majority of the forms for these events are due Nov. 10, we need responses ASAP from people willing to design things and/or show up to events. These are fun activities that can increase our exposure on campus and the amount of funding we receive for next year.
