This is to let everyone who may not have attended the last general meeting know that ODU Out has now opened it’s brand new online forum to everyone. This new forum has a wealth of useful information and plenty of space for members to communicate with each other and with the officers even if they can’t be somewhere in person. We ask that everyone who likes to keep updated on the organization please join the forum, using a real-ish name (the name you go by and, if you are comfortable, a last name/last initial as this is a professional forum by a university organization).
Everything on the forum is visible to regular members, including the officer-only discussion space. We make every attempt to keep the running of this organization as visible and accountable as possible.
If you find that something is lacking on the forum, or feel there should be a specific type of thread or sub-forum that isn’t present, let the officers know, and we will improve it.
